Why this practice exists

Weight treatment should improve more than the number on the scale.

Obesity affects cardiovascular, kidney, metabolic, liver, sleep, muscle, and bone health. A good weight plan keeps that larger picture in view.

We assess those connections with CKM staging, PREVENT scores, metabolic syndrome, kidney and liver markers, and a review of prevention care gaps when the inputs are available.

We explain what we find and give you a prioritized written plan. Your PCP remains responsible for general preventive care and for conditions outside weight treatment.

How this practice works

Six things worth knowing before you inquire.

Weight care with a wider view

We treat obesity and qualifying overweight. We also assess the cardiometabolic risks that weight affects, then give you a clear plan to share with your PCP.

The same physician throughout

One internal medicine physician takes your history, reads your labs, writes your plan, and answers your messages. You see the same person at every visit.

Written to be shared

Your prevention plan names the finding, what it means, and the next question for your primary care physician or specialist.

FDA-approved medications only

We prescribe approved medications for an FDA-approved weight-management indication. No compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide and no research peptides.

Narrow on purpose

We do not replace primary care or take over routine management of blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, or unrelated conditions.

No medication sales

The clinic does not sell supplements, dispense medication, or receive manufacturer payments. Medication is purchased separately from a pharmacy.

The membership year

Three video visits, with support between them.

$250initial assessment, then $100 per month

One plan, no tiers. The initial assessment is a separate one-time fee; ongoing care is month to month. It covers visits, check-ins, weight-treatment messaging, medication management, insurance support, and Preventrak access. Medication, labs, and outside services are separate.

Before you inquire — a few honest limits.

We see adults 18 and older in FL · GA · IA · MN · NE · ND · TN. There are no office visits, we can't accept Medicare beneficiaries at this point, and you must maintain a primary care physician. We don't handle acute care or general primary care. Weight-medication eligibility is determined during the medical assessment.
