The initial assessment is a separate one-time fee. With twelve monthly payments, the first-year professional fee is $1,450; ongoing membership is $1,200 a year after that.

A full medical evaluation before a prescription.
The initial assessment is a 60-minute medical evaluation: your history, prior treatment, medication eligibility, risks, goals, baseline testing, and an initial treatment decision.
It is a separate one-time $250 fee. Ongoing care is $100 a month and covers the work that follows: three video visits in the first year, check-ins, medication management, insurance support, and scoped clinical messaging.
Nothing is charged until you enroll. If the eligibility conversation tells us we're not the right practice for you, there's nothing to pay. The ongoing membership is month to month with no long-term contract.

Structured check-ins and secure messaging cover dose decisions, side effects, results, and weight-treatment questions. Messages are answered within one business day; acute or unrelated concerns stay with your PCP or urgent care.

What the membership doesn't cover.
Medications
Billed by your pharmacy. We submit prior authorizations and appeals, point you at manufacturer savings and cash-pay pricing, and take no dispensing revenue or markup.
Labs
Drawn at a lab near you and usually billable to your insurance. We'll quote the cash price up front if you'd rather not use insurance.
Imaging & procedures
Imaging, procedures, specialist care, and services arranged through your PCP are billed by those clinicians or facilities.
On insurance
We don't bill insurance for the assessment or membership. Medication, labs, and outside services may be billable to your plan. Ask your plan administrator whether these professional fees qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement.
On commitment
Ongoing membership is month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel whenever it stops being worth it — we'd rather you leave than stay on a plan you've stopped using. Obesity is a chronic disease, and we'll discuss the likely duration of treatment before you start.
On who's eligible
Adults 18 and older, located in one of the seven states where we're licensed. We can't accept Medicare beneficiaries at this point, though we'd like to in the future. Full eligibility details.
On what we won't sell you
No supplements, no compounded medication, no in-house dispensing, no medication markup, and no upgrade tier. Clinic fees pay for professional care; medication is purchased separately from a pharmacy.
